I LOVE you burn, it's truly changed my life!
I have truly enjoyed burn! First time spinning and yoga and I love both! Since I added burn to my other excerise routine, I have finally lost the last 10lbs I have been struggiling with, and I actually have guns! Would definitely recommend!
It's always a great expierence. The burn team is awesome! I love the upbeat and different classes offered. It's something I am convincing my friends, even the ones who don't work out to come and try!
I recommend burn to anyone who hates running on a treadmill or working out in a gym; the mixer classes are a great way to not get bored with your workouts!
