The Mixer
Burn's signature class is truly the best of both worlds!!!! 30 minutes of Cycle followed by 40 minutes of Yoga. The Yoga will be a combination of strength and balancing poses, deep stretching, core work and a well deserved final relaxation pose.
Gentle Flow
This Gentle Yoga class presents an introduction to basic yoga poses. We will emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. This is a great class for people new to yoga or those who are experiencing joint sensitivity, overall stiffness due to lack of activity, or other physical limitations. All yoga classes end with deep relaxation and a guided visualization to help release tensions and reduce stress. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa
This style is based on the Ashtanga principle, the dynamic interconnecting postures that create a sense of flow and movement synchronized with breath. This class is designed to tone and strengthen the body, increase balance, coordination, flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, purify the body by increasing circulation and body heat, and increase self-awareness.
Hot Vinyasa
Hot yoga has a bad reputation because you literally can't breathe!! Our practice is Vinyasa style in 85 degree heat to allow you to breathe comfortably and still reap the benefits of a Hot Yoga practice. The heat can allow your body to burn fat more effectively and improve metabolism. The heat allows for deeper movement among ligaments, joints, and muscles increasing flexibility.
Yoga Burn - Power Yoga
Work up a sweat, increase flexibility, build strength and endurance in Burn's power yoga. This class will focus on sun salutations, balancing poses, mild inversions, hip openers, deep stretching for hamstrings and lower back, as well as upper body and core strengthening. Yoga is one of the most effective ways to correct muscles imbalance. With most sports and weight training routines you tend to perform repetitive motions that develop some muscles groups while others are ignored. Yoga can help fix these imbalances and decrease your recovery time. Don't be intiminated by the name Power Yoga, give it a try!
Ride-N-45
Get your day started with an early morning cycle. With driving music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors without the barking dogs! 45 min ride. 15 min yoga stretch.
Burn Boot Camp
Burn more calories, lose more fat, sculpt lean muscle, and improve cardiovascular fitness level while spending less time doing cardio and strength training. Burn Boot Camp is a unique and challenging routine that uses yoga fusion moves to build strength combined with high energy cardio interval drills to burn fat. As you get stronger, the approach will vary with different numbers of high and low intensity cardio and strength intervals and different lengths of time for each interval. Class will end with gentle yoga stretches to increase flexibility and reduce recovery time.
